hosted a dance extravaganza

that included all the Senior Centers.

Fox 13's Mearl Pervis, 
and a very special appearance from
Memphis Mayor A. C. Wharton

A big thanks goes out to Vanessa Saine who uses 

her tireless energy and love for dancing to organize the dance events.  We love you Vanessa!

LINE DANCE MANIA

The Orange Mound Energizers are totally energized and full of excitement. Today was the Line Dance Mania Show. Line Dance Mania is a Family Reunion of All the Energizers from the beginning up to today. What a glorious Reunion it was, there were 57 Energizers in attendance. Energizers of various nationalities, men, women and ages from 45 to 90.

Our New Energizers and previous Energizers will come together for a Family Reunion Line Dance Mania on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 10:30 a.m.  Arrive early to get a good seat.

We will have a guest line dance team; 

ON THE MOVE LINE DANCERS

They have been dancing as a team 10 years or more.  

Line Dance is the latest trend, and it does not require a partner.  So ladies and gentlemen come to class on Tuesdays at 10:30 and learn the latest line dances.

Orange Mound Energizers

We are the Orange Mound Energizers Line Dance Team.  Our Group consist of 30 Senior citizens from age 55 to 89.  We meet regularly to dance and practice our routines; not only for  health and fitness, but we also perform shows.

We Love To Dance!!!

Anyone who is at least 55 years old is welcome to join our group, male or female.  Just contact Vanessa Saine vanessa.ford@memphistn.gov, and she will be very happy to sign you up.  It is never too late to get in the line.

We have 3 different classes

• Advance Dance Monday      10:30
• Beginner Dance Tuesday      10:30
• Family Reunion Dance Wed 10:30
